  • There is a noticeable deformation of the foot;

If you notice these changes, you should consult a podiatricist and make sure you get X -rays and foot prints to control flat feet.Thus, if you or your children have flat feet, it is advisable to monitor the flow of pathology from an early age, namely: choose the right shoes, massage and visit an orthopedic regularly.People with flat feet are at much higher risk of developing this deformation.

PREVENTION

  • examination by an orthopedic for timely detection of flat feet;
  • wearing shoes without stillets and pointed fingers);
  • mandatory use of orthopedic bedding;
  • Exercise therapy.

Remember that if you do nothing, the disease will develop in chronic bursitis (inflammation) and arthrosis.Also, if the disease is advanced, surgery may be required.
